Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern all domestic tour services provided by Jaishi Holidays within India. By booking a tour, you agree to abide by these terms, which, together with the tour registration form and brochures, constitute the binding agreement between Jaishi Holidays and you, the guest. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the destinations visited during the tour.

Short Title, Extent, and Commencement

1. Title:
These Terms and Conditions shall be cited as the “Jaishi Holidays Indian Tours Terms and Conditions.”

2. Extent:
Applicable to all domestic tours organized by Jaishi Holidays.

3. Commencement:
Effective from June 30th, 2025, until updated.

Definitions

  • Brochure: Official publications detailing tours and services.
  • Company: Jaishi Holidays and its divisions.
  • First Day of Tour: Starts on arrival at the first destination.
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
  • Group Tours: Standardized tours for multiple travelers.
  • Guest(s): Any individual or group booking a tour.
  • Independent Contractor: Third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
  • Tour: Domestic travel services within India.
  • Tour Leader: Assigned representative for coordination.
  • Working Days: Monday–Saturday (excluding holidays).

General Explination

    • Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect others.
    • Interpretation: Singular/plural and gender terms are interchangeable.

Scope of Activity

Jaishi Holidays acts as a travel facilitator coordinating transport, accommodation, and sightseeing via third-party providers.

Not responsible for:

  • Injury, loss, delays, or damages from third parties
  • Changes due to weather, political issues, or unforeseen events

Guests must:

  • Accept terms before booking
  • Stay updated via email/SMS/website

Meals

Meals are not included unless specified. Available on request at extra cost.

Brochure & Website Disclaimer

  • Old materials become invalid after updates
  • Itineraries, prices, and services may change without notice
  • Guests will be informed of major changes.

Booking Terms

  • Booking confirms acceptance of terms
  • Online bookings fall under Vizianagaram jurisdiction
  • Full payment required for confirmation
  • Special assistance must be informed in advance
  • Minimum 20 guests required

If minimum not met:

  • Tours may merge
  • Transport may change
  • Tour may cancel with partial refund.

Health & Medical

  • Guests must be medically fit
  • Medical emergencies are guest responsibility
  • Doctor certificate may be required

Insurance

Not included. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance.

Documents

Valid ID required:

  • Aadhar
  • Voter ID
  • Driving License
  • Passport

Failure may result in denied services.

Itinerary Changes

  • Changes allowed due to force majeure
  • Extra costs borne by guests
  • Refund only for missed services (limited).

Transport

  • Seats based on booking order
  • No smoking/alcohol in vehicles
  • Additional charges for extra km, tolls, night driving

Hotels

  • Twin/triple sharing basis
  • Check-in: 1–3 PM
  • Check-out: 10–12 PM
  • Extra charges for early/late requests

Tour Leaders

  • Provide guidance only
  • Not responsible for baggage.

Baggage

Guests are responsible for their belongings. No liability for loss/damage.

Package Includes

  • Travel tickets (flight/train/bus)
  • Accommodation
  • Breakfast
  • Local transport
  • Guide (for group tours)

Package Excludes

  • GST
  • Personal expenses
  • Entry fees
  • Extra meals
  • Insurance
  • Delays or missed transport
  • Unused services

Payment Policy

  • 30% advance required
  • Full payment before confirmation
  • Non-refundable registration fee
  • Payment methods: Bank, UPI, Card, Cheque

Late payment: 16% interest

Amendments Policy

  • Changes must be in writing
  • Subject to availability
  • Extra charges apply
  • Some services non-amendable

Liability Policy

Jaishi Holidays is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service issues
  • Delays or cancellations
  • Natural disasters
  • Loss of baggage
  • Personal injury

Guests must:

  • Follow rules
  • Maintain valid documents

Legal & Dispute

  • Disputes handled via arbitration
  • Location: Vizianagaram
  • Courts: Vizianagaram jurisdiction

Acknowledgment

By booking, the guest confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.
