CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy

1. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 20 working days
  • Refunds will be made in INR via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Cheque
    • UPI
  • No interest will be paid on refunds

2. No Refunds For

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

    • Missed or unused services
    • Advance deposit payments
    • Customer-initiated cancellations or modifications
    • Changes due to government regulations
    • Natural calamities or political events

3. Supplier Policies

  • Refunds depend on airlines, hotels, and third-party vendors
  • Jaishi Holidays is not responsible if suppliers deny refunds

4. Service Charges

    • Applicable service charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Cancellation Policy

1. Guest Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be sent via email to: sales@Jaishiholidays.in
  • Only email requests are considered valid
  • New bookings after cancellation are treated as fresh bookings
  • No cancellation allowed after tour departure

  • Festive season surcharges may apply
  • Some destinations may have 100% cancellation charges

2. Jaishi Holidays Cancellation

  • Company may cancel tours without specific reason
  • Refund = Paid amount minus:
    • Taxes
    • 20% registration fee
  • Cancellation notice: Minimum 10 days prior (except force majeure)

3. Force Majeure Cancellation

Includes events like:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • War or terrorism
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or civil unrest

Policy:

  • No refunds in such cases
  • Guests may:
    • Join rescheduled tour (extra cost)
    • Choose alternative tour (charges apply)
  • Additional expenses are borne by the guest
  • Itinerary may change without notice
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended

4. Non-Payment (Deemed Cancellation)

  • Failure to pay results in:
    • Automatic cancellation
    • Loss of deposit
  • Room-sharing guests must pay extra if partner cancels

5. No Show

  • Not showing up on Day 1 = 100% cancellation
  • Services will be cancelled unless informed within 24 hours
  • Guests can join later at their own cost

6. Discontinuation

  • Leaving tour midway = no refund
  • Medical exit requires advance payment by guest/relatives

7. Tour Transfer

  • Transfer to another person = treated as cancellation
  • New booking charged at current price

8. Guest Behaviour

Jaishi Holidays can cancel booking without refund if a guest:

  • Behaves rudely or disrespectfully
  • Engages in harassment or abuse
  • Causes disturbance to others
  • Damages company reputation or safety
