Madikeri | Arrival & Local Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Mysore, proceed towards the beautiful hill station of Coorg (Madikeri), known for its misty hills and coffee plantations. After reaching, check in to your hotel and relax before beginning your sightseeing tour. Visit the picturesque Abbey Falls, a stunning waterfall surrounded by lush coffee estates. Continue to the historic Madikeri Fort, offering a glimpse into the region’s heritage and scenic views of the town. Later, visit Raja’s Seat, a famous viewpoint where the kings of Coorg once enjoyed spectacular sunset views over the valley.

Return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Madikeri.

Madikeri | Peaks, Temples & Nature

After breakfast, set out for a full day of exploring the spiritual and scenic attractions of Coorg. Begin with a visit to Talakaveri, the sacred origin of the River Kaveri located in the scenic Brahmagiri hills. Continue to Bhagamandala, an important pilgrimage center where the rivers Kaveri, Kannike, and Sujyoti meet. Later, experience an adventurous jeep safari to Mandalpatti Peak, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Coorg offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Western Ghats.

After a memorable day of sightseeing and adventure, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Madikeri.

Kushalnagar | Culture, Elephants & Wildlife

After breakfast, proceed towards Kushalnagar, a region known for wildlife, culture, and scenic landscapes. Visit the popular Dubare Elephant Camp, where you can observe elephants up close and learn about their training and care. Continue to the magnificent Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple), one of the largest Tibetan settlements in South India, known for its grand golden statues and peaceful surroundings. Later, visit Nisargadhama, a tranquil river island surrounded by bamboo groves and lush greenery. Enjoy a visit to a Coffee Plantation, where you can learn about Coorg’s famous coffee cultivation. If time permits, proceed for a wildlife safari at Nagarhole National Park (subject to availability).

Return to Madikeri for an overnight stay.

Mysore | City Tour & Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Mysore, the cultural capital of Karnataka. Begin your city tour with a visit to the magnificent Mysore Palace, one of the most famous royal palaces in India. Continue to the beautiful St. Philomena’s Church, known for its impressive neo-gothic architecture. Later, visit the sacred Chamundeshwari Temple located atop Chamundi Hill, offering panoramic views of the city. Conclude the tour with a visit to the famous Brindavan Gardens, renowned for its landscaped gardens and
musical fountain show.
